The Vision: When this home was being designed, modern farmhouse had become the expected choice for nearly every new build in the neighborhood. Rather than following what everyone else was doing, our clients wanted a home with a stronger sense of permanence—one that borrowed from traditional design while still feeling fresh and relevant. The vision wasn't to chase a trend, but to create a home that would feel just as beautiful decades from now as it did on the day they moved in.

 

The Approach: We began with the home's foundation—the architectural finishes that would define every room long before furniture and décor were introduced. Warm greys, rich wood tones, and brushed brass accents established a palette that felt both sophisticated and inviting. Every selection was made with longevity in mind, layering classic influences with clean, contemporary lines to create spaces that feel collected rather than predictable. We believe the most enduring homes are built from the inside out, and that thoughtful decisions at the beginning shape every design choice that follows.
